Early works to construct the new railway, is carried out by a joint venture between Laing O’Rourke and J. Murphy &amp; Sons, known as LM.LM will be undertaking emergency repairs to Welsh Road from Monday 23 March. The road will be closed for two weeks whilst the work is carried out with, signed diversion in place.Access to properties will be maintained.
