News on HS2 in Warwickshire

Early works to construct the new railway, is carried out by a joint venture between Laing O’Rourke and J. Murphy & Sons, known as LM.

From 27 January, LM will be working in Water Orton to prepare the route for the new railway. This work includes vegetation and some tree clearance alongside our ongoing archaeological investigations. LM will temporarily close Attleboro Lane during the day to create safe zone for accessing our work sites.

The closure will be in place from 09:30am to 15:30pm on week days, for three weeks. Access to properties will be maintained during working hours of this road closure.
