HS2 Works Notification: notice of traffic marshals on Marston Lane

Early works to construct the new railway, is carried out by a joint venture between Laing O’Rourke and J. Murphy & Sons, known as LM.

LM are continuing their work near Lea Marston and Curdworth to prepare the route for the new railway. This work includes vegetation removal and some tree felling.

LM will be employing traffic marshals to manage traffic along a section of Marston Lane, east of the M42, to create safe public access around our works.

Marshals and signage will be in place from week commencing 9 March for three weeks between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm (subject to site and weather conditions) in the area shown in the map below. Access will be maintained while these works are ongoing for traffic along the road including pedestrians, horse riders and cyclists.

HS2 Works Notification: re Long Itchington Wood Tunnel phase 3 utility works

LM will be continuing their works to install utilities to the tunnel compound from Harbury substation. On the 6 Feb we notified you of phase 1 and 2 utilities work time frame.
