News on HS2 in Warwickshire

Temporary overnight closure of Packington Lane, 16th October 2020

Our main works contractor, Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV), will be conducting ground investigation surveys to identify utilities in October 2020. In order to conduct these surveys safely, one overnight closure of Packington Lane is required on the 16th of October. The temporary closure will take place from 9pm to 5am, and diversion routes will be in place.

Traffic Management on Coleshill Heath Road, 19th October to 30th October 2020

In June this year we sent out a notification to outline work BBV are completing in the compound area off Coleshill Heath Road. To help continue with these works, BBV will be installing temporary traffic lights on Coleshill Heath Road from 19th October 2020.

The temporary traffic lights will be in place 9:30am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday for two weeks until Friday 30th October. The temporary traffic lights will enable our contractors to complete utility surveys and the enabling works for our compound in the area.
