News on HS2 in Warwickshire

We have three notices about works taking place in Warwickshire during December:

Traffic management in Cubbington

From early December we will working in the Cubbington area to carry out vegetation clearance and installing fencing. This work will not impact ancient woodland in the area.

To help us carry out this work safely we will be using traffic management on the Coventry Road north of Cubbington. We will be installing temporary traffic lights for 2 weeks and they will operate between 9:30 am and 3:30pm.

Traffic management in Burton Green

We will be working in Burton Green throughout December to create two accesses which will help us to construct the Kenilworth Greenway diversion.

To help us carry out this work safely we will need to use traffic management. The first phase will be temporary traffic lights on Hob Lane. The second phase will be another set of temporary traffic lights on Red Lane. The traffic lights will be operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The works should be completed before the Christmas break, full details are available in the notice .

Traffic management in Water Orton

From 9 December we will be continuing with our work to divert a gas pipeline near the Water Orton Road.

For the next part of our works we will need to use temporary traffic lights on Water Orton Road for 2 weeks. This is so that we can construct the entrance to the site safely.
